a Harry Potter-verse version of the gen texting/midnight texting meme. interdepartmental memos are not just for work at the Ministry of Magic - they're for misuse in school, or between neighbours, or even from upstairs to downstairs. or perhaps your magical person is so adept at charming a paper plane that it can cross the whole city.

tl;dr: it's a general texting meme. any OCs and characters from other canons are welcome. the only rule is play in the Harry Potter-verse and make it better ~~which we all do already by merit of not being transphobic~~.
