Ah, I am of course all for the regulations and the rules as long as they serve a purpose. And if the purpose is my future mortification, I say let's get rid of them.

Alcohol is alcohol, Granger. The Muggles can't call ownership on a basic cocktail recipe. And besides, it's improved with the firewhiskey.
