Scenarios
① Ask Your Date to the Yule Ball - Invite that special someone or ask your best friend. There is nothing wrong with going as friends!
② Dress Shopping/Dress Robe Shopping - It's time to find that perfect outfit! Or have one mailed to you and ask someone to alter it for you if need be.
③ Getting Ready - It's time to get ready for the ball, do you feel that nervous flutter?
④ Picking Up Your Date - Go and pick up your date, the ball is about to start!
⑤ The First Dance - It's time for the first dance. Are you ready?
⑥ Refreshment Table - Let's hope someone no one spiked the punch! We're looking at you Marauders. We see that flask, Sirius...
⑦ The Courtyard - Need a break from dancing and people? We get that. Go into the courtyard and get a breath of fresh air. Just be sure no teacher catches you making out with your date.
⑧ Wardrobe Malfunction - The absolute worst timing, a wardrobe malfunction! What do you do?
⑨ Chaperone - Are you a chaperone for the evening? How'd you get stuck with that gig? Better make sure the Marauders aren't creating havoc or spiking the punch!

Cassie smiles and presses a quick kiss to Hermione's cheek. "Yeah, that sounds perfect," she agreed. She turned to face the other girl and gave her a quick hug. "Thanks, 'Mione," she said before pulling back and looking the dress over that she wore. "You really look beautiful - Krum is one lucky guy." And the thought of that makes something twist in her stomach that she wasn't quite ready to name.

She was looking forward to dancing with not only Neville but with Hermione as well. And simply just... enjoying the evening. The second trial would be there any day now but for now, she could celebrate the fact that she'd faced a dragon and survived! "You ready to go face our roommates," she asked with a grin. "Maybe they'll be done with the makeup portion of the night." She wasn't even going to touch that one. If dresses freaked her out, you can imagine how make up would go! But... perhaps something natural wouldn't hurt.

She looks down at herself at that, just to give her an excuse to avoid Cassie's gaze, because she illogically thinks that might disguise the blush on her cheeks. Of course it works that way.

She pulls a face at that - "If I have to listen to Lavender gush over how Ronald asked her out with flowers again, I am going to throw something at a wall." She sighs. "Can't we just skip out fast before they catch us? This is as much as I am willing to do." Hair, dress - she's fourteen, not thirty. What else do they expect of her?

Cassie watched her with a smile, noticing the blush but didn't say a word.

She made a face and shook her head. "It's a bit much, isn't it," she said. "Honestly, I'm a bit surprised he came up with it on his own. He's not the most thoughtful bloke."

Cassie laughed and nodded her head. "Yes, definitely." She had shoes, the dress, and the hair now. She picked up Hermione's hand. "Ready to make a run for it?"
