PREFERENCES/NOTES
i truly believe hermione is the little black dress - she goes well with any ship and i am shipping trash. but alright some light preferences (not conclusive) listed below:
- harry/hermione (friends to lovers; canon settings that then ignore the epilogue, where harry and hermione find ways to heal from the war together and it involves not going into the auror corp maybe; home of the: There Was Only One Bed and Oh My God They Were Roommates tropes; shout my way idk)
- draco/hermione (slowest burn; acquaintances to friends to more; begrudging respect; maybe work colleagues (i have a WEAKNESS for "they are professors at Hogwarts") etc)
- neville/hermione (pure, perfect, respect women juice; first friend she made on the hogwarts express? also i just love this in all its shapes and sizes)
- viktor/hermione (someone....anyone...? i'm...)
- luna/hermione & ginny/hermione (boys are trash and women are wonderful please let them fall in love ok)
- marauders!era aus - where hermione exists in the marauder era as a classmate/yearmate of Those Dickheads; i just think the dynamics would be NEAT

— AUs - all the AUs forever. Parents live, godfathers raise Harry/Cassie, wrong Chosen One, Historical AUs, time travel aus (this is a particular favorite).
— Harry / Cassie: Would love interactions (MORE interactions) with parents, godfathers, and the whole shebang. I love to explore their teen years and how things would have changed had they been sorted into Slytherin (or another house), their friendships with Hermione/Draco/Neville and others. I am a sucker for 8th Year shenanigans and post-Hogwarts. I was recently down a rabbit hole of Keira Marcos fic and love the idea of Harry going to the ICW for additional training and becoming super badass...
— Sirius - Would love to explore him growing up a bit and raising Harry (with Lily/Remus/James), his friendship with Remus and how they work through whatever issues they had before James/Lily's deaths, leaning into his Slytherin upbringing and becoming not so rash.
— Andromeda: Give me all the family things! Romance things with Ted (or others!), letter writing to her sister and interactions with Nymphadora. She's a pretty new character for me so I'd love to see where she goes!
— Eldrine: I haven't been playing Hogwarts Mystery in nearly a year but I connected with my character that I created (as you do in RPGs) and so I'd love to explore her finding her brother in the vaults, becoming a curse breaker and adventures.

— Give me all the m/f, m/m and f/f.
— The only pairing I'm less interested in unless we build up to it, is Harry/Ginny. Otherwise, I will essentially ship anyone and everyone.
— My favorite thing is world-building and long-running PSLs that can evolve.

I'm very new at this, and riding a wave of huge Harry Potter nostalgia while trying to ignore the author, so I'm open to creating other characters as well!

SEEKING
— All sorts of canon AUs, especially historical AUs. Anything from "let's write about the Founders" to "what if Harry was born in 1658" to Marauders Era.
— Worldbuilding. How come wizards have radios but not TVs? And generally stories about how stuff was invented. Also, muggle-born wizards and wizards with magical parents showing each other how stuff works.
— Harry and his classmates being adults after the war and trying to sort their shit out. Can be right after the war, but I also have special affection for them being in their 30s and 40s.
— Characters who ended up in a different House than in canon, and how it shaped their lives. I think that the Hat sorts kids to houses not based on who they are, but based on which environment / values would be best for their growth, so anyone could be in pretty much any House, but it would change something about them.
— Just pure foolishness. Characters pulling pranks on each other, having ridiculous drunk conversations, doing stuff for shits and giggles, coming up with elaborate dares...

PREFERENCES/NOTES
— I'm not big on m/m ships apart from Remus/Sirius, but will do most m/f and f/f. I will also go pretty damn explicit if the thread calls for it.
— I don't want to write about characters being still in school (university is fine).
— I consumed enough fanfiction that I don't remember what canon is anymore, and I have no intention of fixing that.

Look, canon Reg was deep in his bigotry. And I WANT him to be called out on it - he just doesn't always take criticism gracefully. You gotta prove to him he's wrong. ;)
— Severus Snape / Regulus wants to touch Severus' potion supplies / Both what it says on the label and also what it says between the lines ;) I would love any kind of friendship or relationship with Severus. Two idiots embarking on the worst mistakes of their lives, two Death Eaters stuck with the enormity of their mistakes?
— Anyone else / Who is willing to hit Regulus with a clue-by-four / Time crossings, other characters from the Maurader's Era, AUs galore! Basically, clash with Regulus, please! But I'll be honest, unless we lay down some kind of connection between him and the other character, he'll just not be receptive, just entrenched and mean (Look, he became a Death Eater, he has depth, for sure, but he still did/does the Terrible Thing). So, if you want just hate hit back and forth, we can do... some of that (I can only do so much negativity not leading towards a greater, happier purpose for so long). If you want character growth, we can do lots of that!

— i tend to ship anything given enough cr, but for charlie especially i wouldn't consider anything more than a very casual fling without lots and lots of plotting/backstory mainly bc he's so married to his work and is also almost certainly demisexual
— that being said he is a very firm middle-of-the-road pansexual theoretically, even if it takes him a while to get anywhere in practice
— i'm happy doing slice of life easy peasy threads or things with an overarching plot, but i will admit that i tend to lose steam if there's more than a day or two between tags (i love to boomerang); that being said, i am also the kind of person who wants to revive a dead thread months after it wound down so........ if things die away and you really want to keep it going, just nudge me and i'll try to wrangle my brain back into business mode so we can carry on
