Going into this war with the knowledge they have is reassuring. They know what they're facing, and who will be there. They know who they can trust and who they need to avoid, and they know where to be wary and when they can be safe. It doesn't mean they're utterly safe, or that they can't not be cautious but they can make this. They can make this better for everyone involved.

Except Ron and Dumbledore, because screw them. Neither of them needed their shit.
