Harry tilted his head and hummed thoughtfully. "It's something we must write down and study at another time because I would be curious to know the answer," he said with a smirk. "The rest of his family are bright and talented... Molly did a number on him by coddling and spoiling the boy." Which really, he thought, was Ron's biggest downfall. He may have magic skill but the man didn't do anything with it, he simply relied on others to do for him.

He knew that what she said was true. It was unfortunate and downright disgusting but that was, unfortunately, the nature of the beast. It was going on his 'things he would work toward changing' list.

"It's disgusting," Harry responded lowly. "Despite that you were the most integral part of the bloody war and I would have surely died several times without you..." He exhaled and shook his head. "They're a bunch of pureblood snobs whose heads are so far up their own arses that they can't see straight."
